I'm thankful that...

…we got Tubby Smith as our basketball coach. The players he’s recruited this year make this a team that could win 25 games this year and make the NCAA playoffs. And next year looks even better.
Go Gophers!

Tubby Smith
New Basketball Recruiting Class
New Football Recruiting Class (assuming they follow through on signing day)

Thanks everyone.

I’m grateful that ya’ll make this one of your daily stops. It makes being a Minnesota fan all that much more fun.

Meanwhile, I’m loving Feast Week. Purdue lost to Oklahoma. I’m watching Kent State battle and stay ahead of Illinois right now. Michigan State looks to bounce back shortly. This is a great time to be a college hoops fan, though I was sorry to see the Great Alaska Shootout doesn’t have a TV contract (or any teams from a major conference) this year. Loved the Great Alaska Shootout.

Gentlemen, you can't fight in here! This is the War Room.
