His sentence was stayed, and if he stays out of further legal trouble the guilty pleas will be removed from his record. He also must stay away from the Mall of America for a year.

Not sure what this means for his status with the team, I'm sure the jury is still out on that, but at least things are moving one way or another.

it was a favorable outcome for him, or at least as favorable as he could have hoped for in that situation. I would suspect that if he can clear his name from the laptop theft, he will get to play. Hopefully he will learn from all of this and know how close he was to losing it all.
