I had it DVR'd and managed to watch this game in 20 minutes. I really wish my DVR would have malfunctioned and not recorded it. We looked so horrible that I only watched the first 10 minutes of the game and then fast forwarded my way through the rest of it.
MSU was on fire, but our offense looked atrocious once again! I just don't understand how we can beat an Illinois team so thouroughly only to get curb stomped by a MSU team w/o Raymar Morgan. Maybe my expectations have risen to an unrealistic level, but this team is frustratingly streaky. The Gophs had so much to gain with this game and came out flatter than the state of Iowa. Assuming the Gophers continue playing streaky ball, how many wins is it going to take to make the Big Dance? If they do make it, which team will show up? This game was HUGE and the Gophs got destroyed, this is what scares me.
