The Gophers finished 14th nationally in the finaly 2008-09 Director's Cup standings.  This was their highest finish since 2003 and the third best among Big Ten Schools.

The Gophers traditionally finish well in the Director's Cup as this is their 14th consecutive year in the top 20 with one top 10 finish in 2002 (seventh place).

• Gopher baseball finished 21st in the final Rival's top 25.
• Your daily Seantrell Henderson update.  The nation's most coveted OT is planning trips to South Carolina and Clemson this summer.
• Lake the Posts has polled some of the finest Big Ten blogs to get their collective thoughts on the 2009 football season.  As a group they predicted the Gophers would finish 8th in the league but we were also the pick to be the sleeper team to crack the upper tier!
• Finally, I love this post giving us the 20 worst moments in Vikings history.  Hard to argue and we could probably come up with a comparable list for Gopher football.
