Brent's Big Blog's Blog on the Big Ten Network lists what he feels are the top 5 Minnesota stories from the 2008-09 year.  Some interesting ideas, but I'm curious what you all think?  His list is pretty good and you can find it here, but this would be my top 5 Gopher stories of 2008-09.

1. The basketball team returning to NCAA Tournament and beating Louisville along the way
2. The baseball team reversing their worst season in decades, missing a Big Ten Championship by a 1/2 game and finishing 2nd in their NCAA Tournament Regional.
3. The football team finishing with a five game losing streak after a 7-1 finish.
   
4. Hassan Mead dominating the Big Ten in any long distance race.  Leading a strong Men's track team to the Indoor and Outdoor Big Ten titles.
   
5. MarQuies Gray!  His inability to get admitted followed by his spring game splash.

• Sid Hartman assures us that regardless of how high Eric Decker is drafted on Tuesday, he has promised Tim Brewster he will be playing football this fall.
