Gophers are "most experienced team" in NCAA according to Phil Steele
It is a complicated system that takes into account OL starts returning, % of offensive yards returning, upperclassmen in the two deep, tackles returning, etc...
It all boils down to the Gophers being ranked #1 as the most experienced team in NCAA football. I'm sure the % of offensive yards returning (read Weber and Decker) really bumps us up.
