Gophers hoping to continue hot streak in Ann Arbor - OPEN THREAD

Minnesota Golden Gophers at Michigan Wolverines, Mar 2, 2010 6:00 PM CST

And the next game of the season is up.  The Gophers are looking to exact revenge on the Wolverines who easily handled a listless Gopher squad last month in The Barn.

Seriously, how did we lose to these guys last time around?  Just contain Sims and Harris, we should be fine.  It would also be nice to see Hoffarber get back on track as well and then watch the Gophers roll to victory!

With so much on the line I can’t believe the lack of intensity from this team tonight.

please DEFEND SOMEBODY

Michigan is shooting a great % because they are getting layups and wide open threes. please pretend like you want to stop somebody and win this game

what you say here can, and will, be used against you

Painful

This is at least the second game this year where it seemed like we never had a chance. The other one was at Ohio State. Sad to watch.

there is no defending that defensive effort

what you say here can, and will, be used against you

and an offensive offensive effort!

or something

I'm feverished, or the way you want to spell it

by plinytheelder on Mar 2, 2010 7:58 PM CST up reply actions

typically we don't score a lot of points

but we typically don’t give up that many points. Ohio State was the only other game we gave up that many, and at least they are the Big Ten champs.

With Apologies To Randy Edsall, The Big East Remains Mostly Harmless

FILE -- This is an Oct. 18, 2008 file photo showing Connecticut corner back Jasper Howard (6) trying to get the crowd into the game during the fourth quarter of an NCAA college football game against Rutgers, in Piscataway, N.J. Jasper Howard had his little sisters' names tatooed on his chest. His friends say it was a constant reminder of why he was at U Conn _ to provide his family with a better life than the one he had in Miami's Little Haiti. (AP Photo/Mel Evans, File) link
