Big Ten represents
The Big Ten has sent three teams to the Sweet 16. That is more than any other conference. The Big 12, SEC and Big East each sent two teams. Seven other conferences sent one team each. Not that this means diddly squat. I'm just sayin'...
Some ballyhooed conferences (think east coast) have proven to be over rated. And west coast hoops is not as down as advertised. I guess, in the end, one must judge teams on their own merits; not by the conference to which they belong. But at least until Thursday, the Big Ten rules.

Somehow, I'm guessing, the national media won't give the Big Ten the credit it deserves.

well had the Big Ten
played a Big East schedule none would have made the tournament.

well it's not fair
the Big East didn’t get favorable match ups like the B10 did.
(I’m just trying to help others out with excuses here)
