Spring Practice
Perfect day at TCF for spring football practice. There are three good quarterbacks available, with Gray and Alipate showing great ability. I hope to see one of these two in action. Also of note, the punter kicks high and accurately. A standout on defense appeared to be Maresh at ML and DE Hageman towered above the rest. Looks like a return to a conventional offense with the QB mostly under center and simpler plays . Missing is a power running back. Is there one on the way? Great place to watch practice and a few hundred fans showed up.

BS
I thought I read that Maresh was held out for an alcohol related infraction. Thanks for the feedback.
BS
I could be wrong, no program or announcement of players. I assumed it was him from a distance. I did not see Theret there, and he has an alcohol related suspension.

The Gophers held an open scrimmage Saturday afternoon in front of a few hundred fans at TCF Bank Stadium. But Maresh wasn’t allowed to participate for disciplinary reasons, Minnesota coach Tim Brewster said.
Twice in two weeks
Somebody get this kid some help, I know a lot of college students drink weekly or even daily, but to get cited twice in two weeks and to have that high a BAC means Maresh needs to get some help for this before he blows his chance on the team.
