Can Garrett Brown plug the middle for KC?
Hey guys Im Tomahawk44 and I am visiting you from Arrowhead Pride. I am coming over to see if you guys could tell me a little about Garrett Brown. Will he be able to be the middle guy for the Chiefs? What are his strengths and weaknesses? Any insider information we could get from you guys would be greatly appreciated. We are all wondering about this guy since we did not draft a NT in the draft. Hopefully we found a future starter with Brown!
Thanks Daily Gopher!

Brown was one of my favorite Gophers last year
he is an intelligent kid and has very good size. Can he plug the middle? Yes. Can he shed blocks to make tackles or can he get by his man and get to the QB? I don’t know.
Senior year – 4.5 TFL and 1 sack
Junior year – 7 TFL and 3 sacks
He is bright and a hard worker so given time to develop he may be solid but I doubt you’ll get anything significant out of him this season.

It is possible he’ll make the team. I think he’d be a stronger candidate for practice squad and given time to develop.

Lets put it this way
If Garrett Brown beats out Glenn Dorsey and Tyson Jackson, something is seriously wrong with your team’s draft war room.
wouldnt he be playing in the middle?
I heard we want to use him as a NT. Dorsey and Jackson both play on the ends. He would have to beat out Ron Edwards and Shaun Smith
