FINALLY, resolution to the Trevor Mbakwe trial
According to Myron, Mbakwe is entering a program that lead to the prosecution dropping the case.
"Mbakwe will perform 100 hours of community service, make a $100 donation to a Florida facility for abuse victims and must stay away from the woman who accused him of assaulting her in Miami last year, according to Miami district attorney spokesperson Terry Chavez.
Chavez said the program takes about six months to complete. By entering the program, however, Mbakwe is not saying he's guilty, Chavez said.
"It's not an admission of guilt at all," Chavez said.
So now the only remaining question is, will Maturi allow Mbakwe to play this year.

One Would Think YES
Mbakwe wouldn’t be guilty of anything but bad luck.

Sarcasm, right?
How can Maturi not let him play? The case was dropped and Mbakwe already sat out an entire year.
one would think
but who knows. The quote says it takes 6 months to complete, maybe Maturi doesn’t let him play till everything is finished. Considering that there was a chance he’d get to play even with the trial looming, I would assume Maturi will let him play. But nothing is certain, that’s for certain.
what you say here can, and will, be used against you The Daily Gopher

if maturi ever wants a respectable top notch program
he will let him play now that he isn’t guilty. The case is resolved. You can’t wait until someone has completed each and every term of a plea deal to play. I for one am pummped to see the guy play.
No one is getting Rubio's rights unless they pry them from our cold dead fingers.
