Gopher Baseball defeats Ohio State, Advances in Big Ten Tournament
This was the 5th matchup in eight days between the Buckeyes and the Gophers. This time the Gophers won to eliminate Ohio State and advances to face Purdue. Four teams remain and after the Purdue game this afternoon it will be down to three. Here is the path to a Big Ten Tourney Title Friday - Beat OSU (check), beat Purdue Saturday - beat Illinois/Mich State loser, beat Illinois/Mich State winner Sunday - beat Illinois/Mich State winner again not a problem
