- Dr. Saturday is taking a look at the D1 programs with new coaches. This week was a look at Jerry Kill.
- Another Doc Saturday post, this time in regards to Jim Delany's insistence on "Legends" and "Leaders" as division names for the new B1G. He s spends plenty of time giving us the definition and intent behind the "Leaders" name. What he doesn't get is that we understand what it means, the name is just stupid for a football conference/division.
- Gophersports.com has a pretty lengthy interview with former Gopher Hockey forward, Larry Olimb. The Waroad native who came to the Gophers as a defenseman and left as a forward who still holds the program's career assist record.
