Daily Gopher meet-up Southern Cal style

But Friday night I am going to the Twins/Angels game so I cannot make this. I would be more inline for something pre or post game. There are some really great crack houses near the field that we could over run with Gopher pride. Im kidding, but I think friday night would be cool at the Golden Gopher, but Im also up for something I can attend on Saturday.

Where is everyone sitting? Im up in section 17. Cant wait for the game!

I’ll be at the Alumni Tailgate / Sota Social and sitting in Section 3, Row 62 for the game. I’ll see what my group wants to do for Friday night, but I’ll toss it out there.

Im flying Virgin America from Dallas to LA. Looking forward to a flight for once in a very long time. Im staying at a friends house in Orange country or I would hit the Golden Gopher if I was up in LA.

…that I’ll have to miss out on. Boo. My group is flying in and out of San Diego b/c we get use of house in Escondido for free (hooray for my buddy’s uncle being awesome!). So we’re hitting the Padres/Rockies game on Friday night.

We’ll be at the Alum Association tailgate before the game though! We’re also going to hit the Twins game Saturday night on the way back to Escondido.

My plans to see 2 Twins games are dwindling. I think I am only catching the Friday game and taking my time on getting back to Anaheim for the Sat game. Will probably watch it from a sports bar…. Maybe I will see some of you at the Gopher tailgate. Go Gophers!

Hey All, if anyone is looking for an alternative to the official tailgate and/or wants to get out there earlier than it opens, my dad (Class of ‘62) and I (spent a year at the U for grad school) are going to be hosting a little tailgate with some Trojan friends of mine on the SC campus. We’re planning on getting out there around 8:30 am.
