We haven't had one of these in as long as I can remember (ever?) but I think we need one.
Ok, that sucked. So here's a spot to vent. But remember the rules. Be civil to one another. No personal attacks or any of the other no-no topics. Some people aren't going to agree with you about the direction the team/program/AD need to go right now or in the future. Don't take it personally.
