- The Gopher women took a beating last night at the hands of Samantha Prahalis and Ohio State. Prahalis had 23 points, 10 assists, six rebounds and no turnovers in the 81-58 win. Let's hope Even Turner doesn't have a similar stat line tomorrow vs. the men.
- Rush the Court checks in on the Big Ten. He thinks the Gophers have promise but isn't expecting much this year.
- Seantrel Henderson is down in Miami this weekend for his official visit to check out the Hurricanes. He'll be down there during the Pro Bowl (which has something like 10 former Hurricanes as participants) and who wouldn't want to be in Miami right about now. But everyone needs to pray for rain.
- College Hockey recruiting rankings are here. Minnesota edges our Michigan for the #1 class. Seems like we are the top class every year, hasn't done much for us this year.
- This guys beat me to an early preview of the 2010 FB season. He is going down Ohio State's schedule but I guess it's time to start looking ahead. This does remind me of the outstanding teams that will be coming to TCF this year. USC, Ohio State, Penn State and Iowa. Those are a lot of home losses but for season ticket holders it sure beats watching Montana State and Indiana.
