The Gophers are playing their fist game after finally garnering a lot of national attention. No longer are we unranked and under the radar. Now we beat North Carolina, we beat West Virginia and we return home to play North Dakota State. Let down game? Trap game? It better not be.

The Bison should not be taken lightly and I say that with 100% certainty. They are 3-1 with that one loss being an overtime loss to Oregon. They also lead the nation in 3-point % making 53% of their attempts. Michael Tveidt is a good player and there are several Minnesota kids on this roster who would love nothing more than to stick it to the big school that didn't recruit them.
Now with all of that being said we are a more talented team, we are a deeper team and we really should win this game. What fears me most is not the team in green and yellow, it's the team wearing maroon and gold. To be honest I hope we come out flat and this team gets an ass-chewing to remind them that teams won't roll over just because we are ranked. Get this wake-up call now, take care of business against NDSU and let's get ready for the Big Ten / ACC Challenge.
