Spring practice and the Jerry Kill era begins in earnest today.

- Phil Miller talks about the "weeding out process" that Kill and staff will have to go through this spring. It will be very interesting to see who thrives in Kill's system and who we will lose between now and practice in August.
- Marcus looks at the culture change Kill is trying to implement. Some interesting comments about what Kill thought about the state of the program when he first took over. This guys is honest.

Other Stuff
- Congrats to Minnesota State-Mankato for making it to the D2 Final Four. St. Thomas won the D3 national title, Mankato is in the D2 Final Four, Bethel made the D3 Final Four and Duluth won the D2 national title. We can play basketball and football in this state, just not at the D1 level.
- Hopkins won their first round State Tournament game. Coleman had 20 points in the win.
