In regards to the switching around which camera is on top...Either I let Google do it and then it flips around incessantly or I have to manually do it. When I do it manually I may sometimes forget (leaving it on one person when they are not talking) or it is easy to turn off (so you get the bouncing around thing). There is no perfect solution.
