We first played the Hoosiers when we were at the peak of our season. And now we are playing the nation's #1 team when we are probably at our lowest. Can the Gophers reverse their fortunes with a monumental upset tonight?

Once again match-ups and stats are irrelevant. This one is about playing with toughness and confidence, two things we have seen out of the Gophers really once since the 2nd half of the IU game in January.
I am most interested to see how Rodney Williams responds after a week to recover and supposedly some renewed enthusiasm to lead this team. I'd love to see Trevor Mbakwe get physical with Cody Zeller, keeping him out of the lane. And I want to see our guards play with some confidence in their ability to score.
Will the William Arena faithful be given a reason to storm the raise floor? Chances are not great but it is not very often you get to host the #1 team in the country, tonight the opportunity is there.
