Gopher Baseball has a key series at home this weekend against Nebraska. We are currently in first place (11-4) due to winning percentage (due to a few canceled games) with Nebraska (12-5) and Indiana (12-5) right behind us. Those two teams have one game to play this afternoon which will put one of them in 1st and dropping the Gophers to 2nd.

The weekend series is at home, in the new Siebert Field. Should be a beautiful weekend to get out and watch some Big Ten baseball. MUST WATCH this Gopher baseball video!

• Gopher Basketball hosted two 2013 visitors over the weekend Dre Mathieu is a JUCO point and Joseph Uchebo is a JUCO big man. Mathieu is planning to make a decision on Thursday. Uchebo has a couple more visits to make before deciding, but he will have three years of eligibility wherever he decides to take his talents.
