INJURY REPORT

Student-Athlete Status for Sept. 14 game vs. Western Illinois

30- Mike Henry, FB, Questionable

47 - Alex Bisch, Out

29 - Briean Boddy, Calhoun Out for the season

CHANGES FROM LAST WEEK

* Philip Nelson is off the injury report, but not listed as a starter. Last week, he was listed as questionable but received the "OR" status on the depth chart. This week, Mitch "Moose" Leidner is the guy, at least to start. The only other change from last week is Ben Lauer is now officially listed as the starter to the surprise of noone. For some reason, despite the coaches talking like he'd start all week, Lauer wasn't listed at the top of the depth chart at LT, yet he started and played the whole game. The 302 pound mauler should be your starter going forward. And not that this has changed since last week, but worth pointing out- there are zero seniors in the two deep along the offensive line. Also, despite his big performance last week, David Cobb is still listed as 2nd string while Roderick Nugget Williams starts. If it ain't broke, don't fix it?

* Just two changes on defense, both involving the outside linebackers. De'Vondre Campbell is finally listed as the starting weakside linebacker over James Manuel. Campbell had a monster day last week against SJSU, and played most of the game, including in a lot of nickel situations. We'll see far less of those situations against Iowa, but still expect to see Campbell plenty, which is great news for the Gophers defense. Nick Rallis is also finally off the injury list, and will backup Aaron Hill at strongside linebacker. Some much needed depth and ability with Rallis back in.

* On the injury front, starting FB Mike Henry is listed as questionable, but still starting. Henry's a very important part of the Minnesota offense as a lead blocker, and hopefully whatever's ailing him won't slow him too much.

Oh, and one last thing...

WHO HATES IOWA?
