How he fits:
An elite combination of size, frame, strength and athleticism. Extremely physical and plays with great leverage as a blocker. Can squirt out on routes and become a mismatch in the passing game. May be an even better defensive end prospect. An early graduate, Elmore will be on campus in April but not eligible for spring practice.
Chances to play in 2014:
Completely up in the air. If he stays at tight end, he has the physical tools to play right away, though he'll be competing against no less than 3 other tight ends and 2 fullbacks for playing time. On the other hand, if he moves to defensive line, he should probably redshirt but could easily make an impact sooner rather than later.
