A finisher's mindset at right tackle and a wide base/frame to grow into. Plays mean, physical and has good feet.

Chances to play in 2014:

None. Weyler needs to gain bulk, strength and some lower body flexibility before he's able to compete in the Big Ten. The staff will also use that time to see how well he can pull and if he's a candidate for the interior versus right tackle.
