College Football Playoff Rankings 2015: Iowa is on the verge of ushering in the apocolypse

It feels like the committee REALLY doesn't want to keep Iowa there though.

The disturbance in the Force is not as strong as expected

Admit it. You're surprised. You assumed Iowa would be #3 in the College Football Playoff Rankings today. After Ohio State's loss to Michigan State and Notre Dame being a competent Boston College offense away from a loss of their own it certainly felt like the Hawkeyes would take their lackluster schedule and slide into the #3 spot. Instead? Oklahoma makes the big leap to #3 following a win over TCU. Iowa still threatens to bring about the rise of the Dark Side though, having now moved to #4 in the rankings.

If I'm an insecure Iowa fan, I complain about the lack of respect. If I'm a rational Iowa fan, I'm still going full ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ or DON'T CAAAAAAAARE. If I'm not an Iowa fan, I recognize that Iowa is getting hurt by the perception of their schedule and I continue to hope for a loss sometime soon to end this menace.

Where does this leave sane people who recognize the potential Iowa CFB Playoff menace for what it is?

"Help me Nebraska Football, you're my only hope."

Or for those who don't believe in Mike Reilly's squad...

"Help me Michigan State Football, you're my only hope."

Your weekly reminder that Minnesota had a tough schedule

Minnesota has played the #4, #8, #10, #16 and #19 ranked teams in this week's rankings. This is the obligatory moment where you cuss out Jim Delany and his minions for setting up the immensely unequal schedules we're seeing between B1G teams right now.
