How he fits:

Beebe has great potential as a fullback candidate for the Gophers, but it is much more likely he will play on the defensive side of the ball on the D-line or at linebacker.  Either way, his motor and strength are exactly what the Gophers look for in a recruit under Jerry Kill

Chances to play in 2015:

If he were to play fullback his chances would be much higher, but with the assumption that he plays defense, I would put his chances at about 0%.  Give him a year in the Coach Klein conditioning and strength program and I can see Beebe fighting for a starting spot in 2016.
