The University of Minnesota Women's Basketball team will find out their NCAA Tournament fate when the Women's selection show airs on ESPN at 6:00.  The Gophers will be safely in the tournament after finishing sixth in the Big Ten.  It will be Minnesota's first NCAA Tournament appearance since the 2008-09 season when the Gophers were a #10 seed and upset #7 Notre Dame in the first round before falling to #2 Texas A&M in the second round.

Here is a roundup of what several bracketologists are saying about the Gophers fate:

- RealTimeRPI.com: #9 seed playing #8 Seton Hall in College Park Maryland.  Would play #1 Baylor in 2nd round barring an epic upset.

- CollegeSportsMadness.com: #8 seed playing #9 Chattanooga.  Would play #1 UConn in 2nd Round barring an epic upset.

- ESPN: #8 Seed playing #9 Seton Hall in Storrs, CT.  Would play #1 UConn in 2nd Round barring an epic upset.

The Gophers will have a viewing party tonight at Williams Arena.  The doors open at 5:30 and it is free to the public.  Free food and drinks, including pizza, chips, ice cream and soda, will be available throughout the show and free t-shirts will be handed out at the door while supplies last. Fans will also have the opportunity to win some great Gopher prizes during trivia contests at commercial breaks. The Williams scoreboard will be dropped to a viewable height for fans sitting in the seats.

Following the selection show, fans are invited to stick around for the Marlene Stollings Radio Show, which will be broadcast live on 1500 ESPN from Williams Arena beginning at 7:30 p.m.
