Hi Cleveland. I'd like to introduce you to Big Blue Nation. They're going to be making themselves at home in your hotels, bars, and miscelaneous entertainment establishments this weekend. You'll think you can understand how many fans are coming, but what you don't realize is that pretty much the whole state (as well as residents of Ohio who like a true championship basketball contender to cheer for when they aren't able to cheer for Ohio State Football) will be descending upon you soon.

With those introduction out of the way, here are some quick thoughts about the Sweet 16 games:

Thursday:

- I feel good about Wichita State's chances to move on. Maybe this is the year people stop being confused into thinking Gregg Marshall is going to jump at any major conference coaching vacancy.

- RAH, RAH, Car'lina! You heard me.

- I hope you have refundable rooms for the weekend WVU.

- Go Arizona, because I'll never forgive Xavier for depriving us of more excellent coach celebrations.

Friday:

- So help me Gonzaga, if you give Bruins fans further ammo to their "THE WORLD IS BIASED AGAINST US" campaign...

- I find NC State's willingness to win in spite of doing silly things interesting.

- GO UTAH.

- Izzo is going to the Final Four somehow. You know it, I know it.
