Hey everyone, sorry for this coming out so late today but my fellow writers took all of the links I was going to use.....excuses, excuses.
Tyler Hartmann via Gophersports.com
First off, let me reintroduce you to the man who wears #43 for the Minnesota Golden Gopher football team, Tyler Hartmann. Tyler Hartmann is a red shirt Junior who plays full back for Jerry Kill and was part of Kill's 2012 recruiting class. In 2012 he red shirted and also changed sides of the ball, moving from his high school position on the defensive line to full back. He got his first game experience as a RS Freshman in a game the Gophers lost to Wisconsin when he returned a kickoff for 7 yards. He also got some experience that year against Michigan State. Welcome to the Big Ten Tyler! Last year Tyler played in all 13 games, including a start against EIU. He also had 2 more kickoff returns against Wisconsin for 28 yards. Off the field Tyler was named Academic All-Big Ten. Here's hoping he has a great 2015!
