How he fits:
Thomas is a long and tall cornerback with great speed. Training could determine where Kiondre ends up playing for the Gophers. If he bulks up, then boundary corner is an option. If the coaches prefer to have him focus more on his speed and footwork then he'd be a good candidate to play on the field side. As with many Minnesota defensive back recruits, his development will be key.
