SATURDAY
Two teams will be able to book their flights to Houston after tonight. Oregon and Oklahoma start the evening off before we get to watch Kanas and Villanova. Surprisingly the 1 vs. 2 seed, for the right to go to the Final Four is a rare thing and we get both games tonight as a matchup of the top four seeds from the left side of the bracket.
Oregon was considered the weakest number one seed and the Pac 12 has been the biggest underperformer amongst the conferences of the tournament. Up against Oklahoma who has Buddy Hield and Jordan Woodard who have been carrying the Sooners through the first three rounds. KenPom has the Sooners as the slight favorite here, Vegas has the Ducks as a 1.5 point favorite. Both teams score points, play high possession games and are the weakest defenses of the remaining teams. Should be entertaining.
Then we get Kansas against Villanova, this game should be excellent and is the premier game of the Elite Eight round in my opinion. Both have been playing very well through three games of the Tournament. Both of these teams have balanced scoring, are efficient on offense, shoot a very high effective FG% and are lead by All-American candidates. KenPom has this essentially a pick-em with Nova a very slight favorite and Vegas gives the nod to Kansas by 2.
This Tournament has been outstanding and it should continue tonight with a couple of great games ahead of us.

My money would be on Oklahoma in the first game and Kansas in the second giving the Big 12 game a guarantee into the championship game. Then we wait till ACC Sunday to see which team from that conference goes to the Final Four.
