Happy NFL Draft Day! It's about time this whole circus kicked off isn't it? Once we get through this weekend we can go back to caring about more important things, like Tom Brady's infamous under-inflated balls (please let that story die soon...please).
The first two nights will probably be free of any big Minnesota Gophers related news, so you'll have to console yourself by overanalyzing the picks of your favorite NFL franchise instead. If you are someone who lives in the Fargo, ND area let me offer my well wishes in surviving the tsunami of Carson Wentz related coverage you must be dealing with. Don't worry, the Eagles will find a way to turn him into a bust soon enough which should quiet the NDSU fans in your neighborhood.
Saturday is when we'll hopefully see 3 Gophers go off the draft boards, so keep an eye out for TDG posts hitting Twitter if you're not watching live.

Eric Murray - DB (TDG Projection: 4th to 5th round)
