Travail is an experience, you get the full service as you would in a 'regular' restaurant, plus you get the fun and commotion of sitting at a kitchen table, plus you get the most amazing food you would never make for yourself and probably never order at a 'regular' restaurant. Its a truly interactive experience, your eyes and mouth are entertained the entire 2.5-3 hour meal service.
