Why people love it:

I have eaten at Bar LaGrassa several times, and each and every meal has been consistently great.  Their pastas are wonderful, cooked al dente, with just the correct amount of saucing. (Pasta should be cooked and removed before ready, placed and tossed in the sauce, and then plated) Why other restaurants cannot duplicate Bar LaGrassa's methodology is beyond me.  I have often thought BLG should franchise.
