In 104 days, Minnesota will play it’s first conference game on Big Ten Network when they face Purdue in West Lafayette on New Year’s Day. That’s right, Big Ten Network has announced it’s conference TV schedule. A link to the full schedule is below, but let’s look at the Minnesota games first (since those are the ones that matter). All times listed are CT:

Date Teams Location Time
1/1/17 Minnesota @ Purdue West Lafeyette, IN TBD
1/8/17 Ohio State @ Minnesota Minneapolis, MN 6:30 PM
1/11/17 Minnesota @ Michigan State East Lansing, MI 6:00 PM
1/21/17 Wisconsin @ Minnesota Minneapolis, MN 3:30 PM
1/25/17 Minnesota @ Ohio State Columbus, OH 6:00 PM
1/28/17 Maryland @ Minnesota Minneapolis, MN 1:15 PM
2/4/17 Minnesota @ Illinois Champaign, IL 3:00 PM
2/8/17 Iowa @ Minnesota Minneapolis, MN 8:00 PM
2/15/17 Indiana @ Minnesota Minneapolis, MN 8:00 PM
2/22/17 Minnesota @ Maryland College Park, MD 7:30 PM

Here are the 8 conference games not listed for broadcast on BTN:

Date Teams Location Time
12/27/16 Michigan State @ Minnesota Minneapolis, MN TBD
1/5/17 Minnesota @ Northwestern Evanston, IL TBD
1/14/17 Minnesota @ Penn State State College, PA TBD
2/11/17 Minnesota @ Rutgers Piscataway, NJ TBD
2/19/17 Michigan @ Minnesota Minneapolis, MN TBD
2/25/17 or 2/26/17 Penn State @ Minnesota Minneapolis, MN TBD
3/2/17 Nebraska @ Minnesota Minneapolis, MN TBD
3/5/17 Minnesota @ Wisconsin Madison, WI TBD

It sure doesn't feel like all of these games would rate ESPN or CBS, but unless BTN intends to amend this schedule those games will clearly air on a different network.
