Minnesota Football vs. Iowa game time & TV details announced

I’ve got some Minnesota vs. Iowa news, and a lot of you aren’t going to like it very much...

This is the downside of Iowa losing to NDSU following a #specialseason. The matchup with Minnesota isn’t a big enough draw to TV executives to put into the 2:30 ABC slot but because neither team is terrible and it’s a good rivalry game it’s too high profile to fall to the 2:30 BTN slot (like Purdue/Illinois).

Some of you like 11am games. I’m glaring at you people, because I’m flying into town for 3 reasons: PIG, tailgating, Vikings game. #2 on this list is significantly impacted by this decision and I do not care for it one bit.

Anywho, I expect we’ll find about whether ABC or ESPN2 will carry the game after this weekend’s games.
