This will be the Gophers’ first visit to Ann Arbor since 2014, when Minnesota helped usher then Michigan head coach Brady Hoke out the door with a 30-14 victory at the Big House. It was the program’s first win over Michigan since 2005. As we all know, Minnesota’s possession of the Little Brown Jug was short lived, as the Wolverines re-claimed it the following year in a heartbreaking 29-26 loss for the Gophers. The less said about that game, the better.
