Opening thoughts

Please don’t get run over by a train.

Please don’t get run over by a train.

Please don’t get run over by a train.

Please don’t get run over by a train.

Please don’t get run over by a train.

Also, please don’t rain. I’m going to be at the game.

The Enemy

Where Are They From? West Lafayette, IN

All Time Series: Minnesota leads Purdue 37-32-3 all time.

Last Game: Minnesota won at home 44-31 last year.

SB Nation Blog: Hammer & Rails

This Season: 2-2 (0-1 B1G)

Keys to the game

  • Do the little things right on offense. Sure tackling, good angles, no major breakdowns.
  • Let’s get a little push. Running the ball is better when the offensive line gets push. Let’s give it a try and see how it goes!
  • Pressure the quarterback. I WANT SACKS.

How afraid am I?

On a scale of 1 to 5 "Brewsters on his face" (1 being not a afraid, 5 being very afraid)?

I am only 2.5-3 Brews on a train track about to be run over by Jeff Brohm afraid of Purdue.

Prediction

Hopefully this will be like 2015 when we freaked out after our first Big Ten game and laid a world of Shannon Brooks truck stick all over Purdue. Honestly I’m struggling to see it and I’d predict a loss if I wasn’t going to be at the game in person. But I am, so :oP

Minnesota, 27- Purdue, 24

What’s your prediction?
