Physically, the knock against Norton is whether or not he can add more weight to his 6’8’’ frame, as his current weight of 255 lbs. is considered very lean for that height. But I trust the Gophers strength and conditioning program will take care of that. He is a hard worker with the athleticism to get out of his stance quickly, and his arm length will serve him well in pass protection. Like most offensive linemen coming out school, his technique is far from a finished product, but there is a lot of potential here.

Potential Impact

Norton will almost certainly redshirt.
