After a tough road loss at Nebraska the Gophers have no time to feel sorry for themselves as they hit the road to face a talented Arkansas team. The Razorbacks are a likely NCAA team and KenPom looks at this road game as favorable for the home team. This game should be another good non-conference test for the Gophers, but can they come away with a resume win?

KEYS TO A GOPHER WIN

• Counter Arkansas Gameplan- Assume that the game plan is to slow Jordan Murphy. Miami crowded him, Nebraska mauled him...Arkansas will have a central piece of their game plan around slowing down the Gopher junior. We have to have something to counter that and make them pay by scoring in other ways.
• Make Shots - Sounds easy and obvious, but we just need to do a better job of making shots today.
• Defend Jaylen Barford - Slow down Barford, the senior guard who is hitting 46% from three and averaging 19 ppg. Just keep him under his averarge please.

PREDICTION

After an embarrassing loss to Nebraska, I think the Gophers bounce back and play this game with some fire.
