Richard Pitino addresses Minnesota in locker room after Maryland win

Anyone else still hyped? Because I’m still hyped. Everything about this win was great. The Gophers made some of the best second half adjustments we’ve seen. They exercised the ghosts of their home loss to Maryland by shutting down Trimble and running away with the game in the second half. And most importantly, they punched their ticket to the NCAA Tournament.

As you might expect, this had Coach Pitino excited in the post game locker room.

The Minnesota Golden Gophers are back in action on Saturday at home against Penn State. Let’s make it 7 wins in a row!
