The Gopher staff got a commitment from another player they watched live at a camp in Georgia on Monday Rashod Bateman gave his verbal to be a Gopher. Bateman’s commitment came out of the blue as he was not necessarily a player the recruiting experts were watching out for, but it appears the Gophers have been on him for soime time and his in person camp performance sealed the deal.
This gives the Gopher staff 3 WRs in the current class. It sounds like there are still a few wide out talents the Gophers would take no question, but the class is definately starting to fill up. More to come on Bateman, the usual Commit 2 Eight will be coming soon.
