Minnesota Football Recruiting: 3 star DE Mayan Ahanotu commits to Gophers!

Coach Fleck & Co. beat out 18 Power 5 schools to land their latest recruit.

Sometimes the ‘crooting world brings you a commit from a super athletic RB with very little defensive tape who has the potential to be a good linebacker. Other times you just beat out a ton of Power 5 schools for the commitment of a defensive end from Florida. This weekend’s commitment from Mayan Ahanotu was an example of the latter.
