I come to you on the eve of this very cook out focused holiday with disturbing news. TOO MANY OF YOU ARE BUYING HOT DOGS.
Burgers outsold hot dogs in 39 of 50 states, ketchup outsold mustard in all 50 (Source: @Walmart) pic.twitter.com/Yr9seKImcl

Look, there is only one reason to be #teamhotdog here and I know that none of you had any idea in advance that Rovell would assign red to burgers. Don’t lie to me and pretend otherwise.
Minnesota is the state that invented the Jucy Lucy. Even if you don’t want to eat your burger that way, have some pride people.
Poll
Which is better, hot dogs or burgers?
Also, based on the comments section under the “WHO WAS BETTER IN 1960, MINNESOTA OR OLE MISS” #tbt post that HipsterGopher did, I assume that Red Cup Rebellion has burned down in angst over the ketchup and mustard numbers.

WHO CARES WHY ARE YOU BUYING SO MANY OF THEM?
Many of you are bad people and should feel shame for your meat purchasing choices this 4th of July. There, I said it.
