Minnesota Football Recruiting: Nolan Edmonds re-commits to Gophers

After exploring his options, the Georgia running back re-commits to the Gophers

NCAA Football: Holiday Bowl-Minnesota vs Washington State Jake Roth-USA TODAY Sports

Nolan Edmonds originally committed to the Golden Gophers in March. He then decided to take some time to re-evaluate that commitment. In that time he visited Michigan State and Louisville, both were schools who had given him a scholarship offer. But after visiting this weekend and attending the BBQ, Edmonds decided (again) that he wants to Row the Boat.

Edmonds continues the Georgia pipeline to the Golden Gophers and hopes to follow in the footsteps behind Shannon Brooks and Rodney Smith as Georgia backs who excel in maroon and gold.

With the verbal from Bryce Williams as a solid commitment (and 2 running backs in the 2017 class), I would suspect that we are done with running backs in this recruiting cycle.
