Craighton missed nine games last season after suffering an undisclosed injury against Middle Tennessee State. He tallied a total of six tackles on the season including a career-high five tackles against the Blue Raiders.
He is the seventh football player to transfer out of the program this offseason. Had he stayed, Craighton would have competed for playing time at cornerback, where the Gophers only return three upperclassmen.
