Minnesota Women’s basketball takes on Wisconsin tonight at Williams Arena. The Gophers are 14-5 on the season, but just 3-3 in conference play. Destiny Pitts has been having an excellent first year campaign, and has been named the Big Ten Freshman of the week five times this season. Kenisha Bell and Carlie Wagner lead the Gophers’ scoring attack with 19 and 18 points per game respectively. Wagner is now fifth all-time in scoring in Minnesota history.
Also, free Space Jam like Jerseys for Students who come to the game. The Jerseys look rather dope.

Tell me more about the opponent:
Wisconsin is horrible. What a wonderful sentence to write. The Badgers have lost nine of their last 11 games, and seven straight. Another wonderful sentence to write. Cayla McMorris and Marsha Howard are the only players who average in double figures, and of the 32 categories tracked by the NCAA, Wisconsin ranks in the bottom half in the Big Ten in every single one of them. Minnesota already trounced the Badgers 88-60 earlier this January.
Prediction
Minnesota by a lot. 90-60.
