Reggie Lynch has been suspended following an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action decision that Lynch was responsible in a sexual misconduct incident. He is allowed to appeal. If he does not, he will be barred from campus until 2020. We are linking to the Star Tribune coverage and there will certainly be more to come on this story.

Lynch can request a hearing by the Student Sexual Misconduct Subcommittee if he contests the finding. If he does, this decision will not take effect until after that process is finished pending the result. Otherwise, Lynch is suspended beginning next Tuesday. Lynch is suspended indefinitely and immediately per today’s press conference with AD Mark Coyle and coach Richard Pitino.
