The Gopher defense was the definition of “bend but don’t break” in the first half of the Friday Night tilt with Indiana. The Hoosiers moved the ball with relative ease early but were unable to muster anything except 3 field goals and a punt.
The Gopher offense, led by Tanner Morgan, scored touchdowns on 3 of their drives with one fumble as the only time their offense was stopped.
