Game 9 Redshirt Tracker for Gopher Football freshmen

My sincerest apologies for not keeping this up as the last time I updated, it was after the 6th game. We are now 9 games into the season, we’ve had some injuries forcing more guys to play and those still clinging to a redshirt year are getting fewer.

A few guys are pushing the line 4 game limit and the last few games of the year are going to be interesting.

• WR - Rashod Bateman (9) - Bateman is the Gopher record holder for most receptions by a freshman receiver. He still has 3 games to go.
• RB - Bryce Williams (9)
• OT - Daniel Faalele (6)
• TE - Max Janes (9)

• CB - Terell Smith (8) - missed one game due to injury, but has started at corner in all 8 healthy games
• LB - Thomas Rush (8)
• DB - Benny Sapp III (9)
• DB - Jordan Howden (9) - has started the last 2 games
